Storyboard

 

 

Overview of Storyboard:

This is the early stages of our story board as these are the main ideas that we wanted to play with in our music video. however when we where filming we soon discovered that some of these things would not be possible due to location restrictions and also due to health and safety restrictions. As when filming you have to look a the safety of your actors as if you loose one of them due to injury your film will not have continuity.

 

Changes that where made:

• Shots that we did not include would have to start off with the one where we going to have the band popping there heads around a shop corner that was stereotypically British so this would be . However when we got onto location we found that these shops where closed so to keep the continuity of editing we chose not to use these shots and replaced them with a shot of us popping our heads out of a car.
• Another shot that we had to change would be where we wanted the band doing flips off a cliff into the water however with fading light due to the time of year and of course health and safety this was another shot that was not safe to do
• there where a couple of other shots that we did not film however we made sure that we got replacements to make sure that we where getting our point across of the band going on a british holiday.

Budget List

For our music video there where a fair amount of expense that was entailed within the production. However we feel that to get our audience to engage with our music video and feel that it is a good representation of the alternative genre.
